Camilla Bertilsson is Admissions Manager for the bachelor’s programmes at the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden, where she is responsible for admissions, outreach and applicant communication for one of Europe’s leading business schools. Since joining the institution in 2020, she has worked to strengthen transparency and accessibility in the admissions process, with a particular focus on international qualifications and student recruitment.
Before entering higher education admissions, Camilla built extensive experience in international education through leadership roles in student exchange organisations, secondary education and educational services. Her professional background includes work in international student mobility, recruitment, programme management and teaching, providing her with a broad understanding of educational pathways and student progression.
Camilla is committed to widening access to higher education and supporting fair recognition of qualifications across different education systems. She joined HEAC Europe in 2026 and also serves as a member of the College Board’s International Advisory Committee, contributing to discussions on international admissions, access and student mobility. Through these roles, she seeks to strengthen collaboration between schools, universities and assessment organisations to support students’ successful transition to higher education.
