Raising the profile of climate change education

We are committed to advocate for the importance of climate change and sustainability education as a critical priority internationally, and at a national policy level, through our specially appointed global director of climate change education and our ongoing collaboration with ministries.

Our international climate change ambassadors

We have appointed two dedicated international climate change education ambassadors – Richard Gilby, Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, and Uzma Yousuf, Regional Director for Pakistan.

Both Uzma and Richard are passionate about empowering young people with the knowledge and skills they need to take meaningful action for the planet and will work globally with schools around the world to champion climate change education.
