How will the digital mock exams be marked?
All digital mock exams are marked by Cambridge using the most appropriate marking method for each question type.
- Multiple choice: Marked automatically and results are typically available within two hours of submission.
- Typed responses: Short answer and essay-style responses are marked either by an Examiner or AI and an Examiner. Results for typed responses are available within 14 days.
Results can be accessed as .csv and .pdf formats within the Mocks Service Booking Portal application on My Cambridge.
When can we use the Digital Mocks Service?
Schools that have submitted an Expression of Interest will be invited to book their preferred digital mock exam window from 16 November 2026. Bookings can be made until 26 February 2027.
The digital mock exams will be available between 18 January 2027 and 14 March 2027.
We will contact you when the booking window opens if you have completed the Expression of Interest.
When can we take the digital mock exams?
Centres have the flexibility to set their own schedule using the booking tool.
You will be asked to choose your preferred week, and the digital mocks can be taken at any time during that week.
How do I book the digital mocks?
You can book through the Mocks Service Booking Portal application on My Cambridge.
You can book students for any number of available mock tests. Each test can be booked in a weekly mock exam window that suits your schedule.
Once bookings have been processed after the booking deadline for each window, we will email you your login details for test delivery and administration.
If you have used the Digital Mocks Service before, you will need to submit a new Expression of Interest for this new series.
How much do digital mocks cost?
Digital mocks pricing is aligned with the qualification level, whether they are Cambridge IGCSE or Cambridge International AS & A Level.
From the January 2027 series, pricing will be based on qualification level:
- Cambridge IGCSE Digital Mocks: £7.50 / €9.00 / $10.50 per entry
- Cambridge International AS & A Level Digital Mocks: £12.00 / €14.40 / $16.80 per entry

Schools can receive discounts of up to 15% based on the total number of digital mock entries booked in a series.
The first 70 entries are charged at the standard price. Additional entries receive increasing discounts. The more entries you book across Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS & A Level digital mocks, the greater the savings.
