When booking face to face training, it is the responsibility of the delegates attending the training workshop to arrange and pay for their own travel and accommodation. All travel to and from the workshop venue is the sole responsibility of participants. Cambridge Assessment International Education shall not be liable for any loss, including travel and accommodation costs suffered by or on behalf of any person who wished to attend the workshops should we cancel them for any reason whatsoever. Neither Cambridge Assessment International Education nor its directors, officers or agents are responsible or liable for the safety and property of participants or their companions during the workshops or any related excursions. Participants are advised to seek information on potential health and security risks incurred by themselves or their companions at the workshops and to secure adequate insurance coverage. A certificate of attendance will be issued to delegates who attend at least 75% of face to face professional development training. For online professional development training you will receive a certificate at the end of the course if you meet the completion criteria to your tutor’s satisfaction.
You can cancel your booking through your account on our Training and Events Planner. Cancellations sent less than 7 days before the event start date will be charged in full. If you are unable to attend last minute due to extenuating circumstances and wish to avoid a cancellation charge please contact us at email@example.com with a medical note or a supporting email from a senior member of staff at your school.
If you are from a Cambridge International School and wish an invoice to be raised for the fee, please link yourself to your school using your 5 character Cambridge International School number. Invoices will be raised once the course has finished and payment is due 28 days after the invoice issue date. Please be aware that we will only be able to take payment by credit / debit card (Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit), for private bookings. Please note that we can only accept payment in the following currencies: £GBP, $US or €Euro.
Early booking discount:
Bookings received more than 14 calendar days before the first day of the training event receive a 10% discount. Early booking discount only applies to events where early booking discount is advertised. Early booking discount will be applied at the time of booking. Please note that registrations for face to face training will close 1 week before the first day of training.
