Apply for Access Arrangements is an online service on My Cambridge.
If you are not able to use the Apply for Access Arrangements service continue to make your requests using Preparation Form 1.
To apply for modified papers, use Modified papers: Preparation – Form 3.
Keep copies of all evidence
You must keep copies of all the supporting evidence you submit for access arrangement applications, including any that we do not ask to see when you apply. All evidence must meet our requirements outlined in the Cambridge Handbook, section 1.3.3.
Logging in to Apply for Access Arrangements
You use Apply for Access Arrangements for all Cambridge exams series and/or Checkpoint test series. Apply for Access Arrangements is hosted on My Cambridge, our single sign-on service. Log in using your My Cambridge account and password.
The exams officer in your centre can create additional My Cambridge accounts for colleagues who also need to use Apply for Access Arrangements. For guidance on how to do this read the instructions for setting up a My Cambridge account. There is information about managing your user accounts on our My Cambridge page. You must only set up accounts for colleagues who are authorised to use the Apply for Access Arrangements service.
Deadlines for requesting access arrangements
Our key dates cards and monthly calendars have the application deadlines for each series. Make sure teachers and other colleagues are aware of these too.
Administrative guide
We have produced an Administrative Guide which tells you how to create and submit your requests.
