The upgraded School Support Hub is now live.
The School Support Hub is our secure online site for teachers at Cambridge schools. Log in to find all the support you need to teach our programmes in one easy place.
There are 40,000 high-quality teaching and learning resources on the School Support Hub, including schemes of work, example candidate responses, past papers and learner guides. We work with subject and assessment specialists to design resources that support the learning and assessment outcomes of each syllabus that we offer.

What's changed
The content on the School Support Hub has not changed. The site now offers a more personalised experience and an improved search function, making it quicker and easier to find content.
Content from the Cambridge Early Years, Primary and Lower Secondary support sites is accessible on the new School Support Hub. You will have access to this content if your school is registered to deliver these programmes.
How do I log in?
You can access the School Support Hub via the existing link. You may notice that the log in screen looks different which is to be expected. Once you enter your existing login details, you will be asked to reset your password. The reset email will be sent from noreply@cambridge.org.
If you have an existing My Cambridge account, you can log in to the School Support Hub using your My Cambridge login details.
How do I get an account?
If you do not have an account, speak to your School Support Hub Coordinator and they will set up an account for you. If you do not know who your School Support Coordinator is, please email our Customer Services team. The response will be sent from 'My Cambridge'.
We have a range of step-by-step guides and FAQs available on our School Support Hub help pages.
School Support Hub Coordinator
All registered Cambridge schools have a School Support Hub Coordinator who is responsible for making sure all teachers at the school have access to the teaching and learning support and training that we offer.
Main responsibilities:
- Creating and managing School Support Hub accounts for all teachers at their school through the ‘Administration’ area of 'My Cambridge'.
- Ordering extra services (like Test Maker or Resource Plus) on behalf of their school through the ‘Extra services’ area on the School Support Hub.
- Approving training requests for teachers at their school through the Events and Training Planner.
- Sharing information about new support resources and extra services with the rest of the school - to do this they should have a strong understanding of the support we offer.
We have detailed information and guidance for our School Support Hub Coordinators to help them set up and manage users in My Cambridge (our single sign on service). Visit My Cambridge.
