We recommend that delegates book accommodation at one of the hotels listed below, due to their proximity to the Bali International Convention Centre:
Westin Resort, Nusa Dua - Located on-site at the Convention Centre. Approximately a 20-minute taxi ride from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa - Approximately a 9-minute walk to the Convention Centre and a 21-minute taxi ride from the airport.
Bali Nusa Dua Hotel - Approximately an 11-minute walk or a short 4-minute taxi ride to the Convention Centre, and around 20 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Grand Whiz Hotel Nusa Dua - Approximately a 15-minute walk or a short 4-minute taxi ride to the Convention Centre, and around 19 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Car parking
The Westin Resort Nusa Dua and the Bali International Convention Centre offers ample free parking available for attendees who wish to drive to the venue.
Travel
Please ensure you check local government guidelines before travelling to Indonesia.
If you're travelling to Bali for the conference, please note that from 1 September 2025, all international visitors are required to complete an online arrival form using the All Indonesia app.
This replaces the paper forms and covers immigration, customs, and health declarations.
What to do before you travel:
- Download the All Indonesia app from the App Store or Google Play
- Complete the form within 3 days before your arrival
- You can also access the form online at https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/
Please make sure to complete this before your flight to avoid delays at the airport.
Visa requirement
You may require a visa, entry clearance certificate or other official documentation to enter Bali, Indonesia to attend this conference. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the correct documents. If you have any questions about this, we recommend that you contact your local embassy for more information.
Cambridge cannot arrange visas or other travel documents for you, or advice on the requirements for entry to Bali, Indonesia.
