Register your institution's admissions policy

Registering your admissions statement and/or credit policy with Cambridge International will make your statement visible to Cambridge students all over the world. Students and parents will be able to search for and view your policy using our recognition search and compare it with the policies of other institutions and organisations, to inform their higher education decisions.

To register your policy, please complete the form below. You will need to provide:

  • Contact details for your general admissions office and for general student queries
  • A link to your institution or organisation website where students can find more detailed recognition policy information
  • Details of which Cambridge International qualifications are recognised for admissions and matriculation purposes (e.g. Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Level, Cambridge International A Level) and details of any scholarships that may be open to Cambridge students
  • For institutions in the United States, your preferred transcript delivery method and address(es) where students’ grade transcripts should be sent
  • For institutions in the United States, where applicable, a data table showing credit hours you award for each qualification and subject (download the credit policy template (XLSX, 25KB) and guidance document (PDF, 162KB))

Please note: Only an official employee or designated representative of the higher education institution/college/university may complete and submit this form.

This form typically takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
