Despatching scripts

We provide materials for packing, labelling and despatching scripts: attendance registers, script packets, bar-coded labels and labels for courier despatches.

Please note - if you are a UK centre despatching scripts for Cambridge Pre-U syllabuses please view the separate information.

Send scripts to us using a courier as soon as each exam is over. If this is not possible, you must despatch scripts at the end of each week. Scripts must be kept in a secure place while you are waiting to despatch them and you must not read them, or make copies. Please complete our script return form each time you send us a consignment. This form allows us to collect tracking information about your consignments so we can make sure they are returned to us without delay.

You can find specific instructions for packing and despatching scripts in section 5.4 of the Cambridge Handbook. You can also download our poster (PDF, 296KB) or view our video below.

If you have not received enough administrative materials, e.g. bar-coded labels or grey script packets, see the 'help' section of our website.

Attach our Script Despatch Label - Exam Day - Label 1 (PDF, 55KB) to any outer packaging.

VIDEO: If you are not sure how to pack and despatch your scripts, watch our video which takes you through the process one step at a time.  Video transcript前往优酷观看View on YouKu
