An early bird booking discount is available for all online tutor-guided courses and workshops. Early bird booking deadlines are outlined on the relevant course page.
Payment of the course fees can be by credit or debit card (excluding American Express) and is via a secure online payment system.
Registered Cambridge International Schools can be invoiced for the fees by selecting the invoice option when booking. If you select to pay by invoice, your booking will be pending until confirmed by your organisation.
Pending bookings which are not confirmed within 14 days will be cancelled. If the booking is still required then it will need to be booked again. Early Bird discounted prices are only valid for bookings confirmed before the advertised deadlines.
You can cancel your booking through your account on our Events and Training Planner. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event start date will be charged in full. In the event we amend or cancel a course we will give notice of one week, where possible. Where a course is cancelled all course fees paid will be refunded in full.
If you would like to transfer your booking to another course (provided there is space on the course), you will need to log in to the Events and Training Planner in order to cancel your course and then book your place on the correct course.
If you are changing a booking last minute and wish to avoid a cancellation charge, please contact us at email@example.com before the start date of your current course with the details of the course you wish to attend and a supporting email from a senior member of staff at your school.
The enrolment deadline for your online tutor-guided course is included in your joining instructions. The joining instructions will be sent to you 72 hours before the course starts and also on the start date of the course.
The deadline to enrol on the online tutor-guided course will be 5 days after the start date of the course.
If you do not enrol before the deadline, you will not be allowed to start the online tutor-guided course and your organisation will be charged in full. If you have paid using a credit card, the payment will not be refunded.
You will receive a certificate at the end of the online tutor-guided course if you meet the completion criteria to your tutor’s satisfaction.
Please note that we can only accept payment in the following currencies: £GBP, $US or €Euro.
