Cambridge Professional Development Qualification (Cambridge PDQ) candidates must already be practising teachers or education leaders, qualified locally to practise. Cambridge PDQs are not designed to be initial teacher education programmes or to provide initial teaching qualification.
To take a Cambridge PDQ teachers and leaders must belong to an approved Cambridge PDQ programme in a Cambridge Professional Development Centre with a Cambridge-accredited programme leader. The qualifications are not taken directly through Cambridge or offered online.
For details of your nearest Cambridge Professional Development Centre offering a Cambridge PDQ programme, please contact us telling us which Cambridge PDQ you want to do and where you live.
We aim to provide a comprehensive network of organisations running Cambridge PDQ programmes to make the qualifications accessible to as wide a range of teachers and school leaders as possible. While our network is growing we may not always be able to refer you to an organisation offering Cambridge PDQs local to you.
