- anabin – the platform run by the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) (available in German only); use it to check the official guidelines regarding the recognition of foreign qualifications
- uni-assist – international students use this platform to apply to international study programmes in Germany; uni-assist coordinates admission to 170 German universities. The platform is also a go-to source of information on admission routes and procedures (available in German and English)
- Detailed information on all Bachelor courses as well as admission routes can also be found on the Hochschulkompass (Higher Education Compass). The Hochschulkompass is an information portal of the German Rectors' Conference (Hochschulrektorenkonferenz – HRK) and is available in both German and English.
- Studienwahl.de - Germany’s study guide provided by the Ministry of Labour and Hochschulstart, aimed at high school graduates.

- The German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, DAAD) is an association of German institutions of higher education and their student bodies. It supports the internationalisation of German universities as well as the promotion of German studies and the German language abroad. DAAD’s website provides detailed information and support on many aspects of studying in Germany: courses of study, scholarships, planning and organising a visit to a prospective institution, applications procedures and much more. - Study in Germany – a website created jointly by DAAD and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, compiling information on studying and living in Germany, as well as on scholarships. Student life
- DEGIS (German Association of International Students) – a recognized non-profit organization building the largest community for international students in Germany. DEGIS provides international students with support before and during their stay in Germany. International students can take part in exclusive workshops, volunteer at one of many City Chapters across Germany and participate in DEGIS’ Buddy Program. Available in English only.
