Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards are currently being distributed to students all over the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to recognise their achievements in our 2015 exam series. Over 500 outstanding learners from the region will receive awards for their exceptional performance in Cambridge exams.
In December, 48 students in Jordan received their Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards at The Queen Rania Awards for British Education ceremony. Organised by the British Council in Jordan, the event also recognises Cambridge teachers. Three ‘Inspirational Teachers’ were recognised for their effort and dedication.
The awards were established with the support of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, who is keen to foster and honour the development of excellence in education, both in Jordan and internationally. Culminating in a prestigious awards ceremony each year, the Queen Rania Awards have been celebrating student success since 2003.
“We are very proud to congratulate learners in the region on their outstanding results. This success defines them not just as learners, but as Cambridge learners. We wish them every success in their future,” says Waseem Al-Hanbali, Cambridge Regional Director, MENA.
