Become a Cambridge trainer

If you teach Cambridge International qualifications and you have experience of training teachers we are looking for people like you to become teacher trainers for both our syllabus-specific Introductory and Extension training and Enrichment Professional Development workshops.

Cambridge Assessment International Education is growing. More than 10,000 schools in over 160 countries are part of our Cambridge learning community. We are looking to support our growth by recruiting trainers living in:

  • China
  • India
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • Pakistan
  • UK
  • USA.

We are looking for experienced practitioners to join our team of trainers. You should:

  • have lots of good teaching ideas and resources to share with other teachers
  • be an engaging presenter and skilled facilitator
  • have confidence in your subject knowledge and understanding
  • be up-to-date with the theory of teaching and learning
  • have demonstrable experience of teaching Cambridge programmes and qualifications (Introductory and Extension training only)
  • be a practising teacher (or recently retired)
  • have an ongoing commitment to developing your professional practice
  • be able to connect with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds
  • be well organised and capable of meeting deadlines.
