Information for parents

We know that choosing a school for your child is always big decision. Although many learners and families choose face-to-face teaching, online learning is becoming a popular option because it offers so much flexibility.

We believe that online learning can be as valuable as traditional education. It gives more options for learners to access a high quality, cost-effective international education, wherever they are in the world.

How to choose a Cambridge online school

Our interactive guide will help you to choose the best school for your child. It explains:

  • The different types of online school we work with
  • Things to look for (and ask) when you are choosing an online school

Cambridge online schools - An interactive guide for parents

Please note that because of rules on distance and online schooling at pre-university level, in a small number of countries online school learners may not be accepted for entry into higher or further education. Before you begin online schooling, please check that the country you want to apply to will accept your mode of learning. Your online school provider or the embassy of the country you want to apply to will be able to provide you with the most up to date information.

Case studies

How can I find a Cambridge online school?

If you think an online education is right for your child, view our list of registered Cambridge online schools.

This includes schools that work with us fully online, and schools that have a physical campus but also offer fully online learning.
