How to order extra services – a guide for Cambridge Associate coordinators

This step-by-step guide explains how you can place an order for extra services on behalf of your school through the School Support Hub.

1. If one of the schools in your network would like to subscribe to one of our extra services, like Test Maker or Resource Plus, they will need to place an order request through the ‘Extra services’ area on the School Support Hub.
2. When they have done this, you will receive an email containing details of the school’s order request. You will need to review this request and place an order on the school’s behalf.
   
   
   
3. To review the order request, click ‘Review order’
   
4. You will be taken to the ‘Extra services’ area on the School Support Hub, where you can review the school’s order request. If you are happy with the request, click ‘Place order’
   
   
   
5. You will receive confirmation that your order has been successful. The centre that requested the order will also receive a confirmation email.
   
   
   
6. We will add the extra services you have ordered to the centre’s next invoice. Extra services subscriptions renew automatically each year unless you choose to cancel automatic renewal.
