We release exam results worldwide in January (following the November exam series) and August (June exam series). In India, we hold an extra exam series in March and release results in May. We offer a range of services to universities to help you verify candidates’ exam results quickly.
Universities and other academic organisations can apply for free access to our secure website, Cambridge International Direct, to view and verify students’ results online. Alternatively, universities can ask individual students to apply to us for verification of their certificates.
Find out how to apply for these services on the verification of students’ results page, and watch the video below to find out how to use Direct.

We send certificates to schools up to eight weeks after provisional results are released. This is to allow time for us to resolve any enquiries about results. The certificates confirm the candidates’ results as final.
We can send a candidate’s provisional results directly to a particular institution on the day they are released. Candidates need to apply to us for this priority results service by completing the ‘Results and certificates – form 9’. It is available in Phase 6 – Results and certificates
We can also provide certifying statements to students who have lost their certificates. Information on how to apply for this service is available on the Certificates page.
