Exam grades for US Cambridge exams officers

We release Cambridge exam grades for the June exam series in August and for the November series in January. The grades are published on our secure administration website for exams officers, Cambridge International Direct. Exams officers can also set up accounts for candidates so they can download their results from the Candidate Results website.

All the information you need to guide you through results release, including how you submit enquiries about results, is available in the results section of our Cambridge Exams Officers Guide.

You may also find our section on exam grades for US students useful. It answers typical questions US students have about Cambridge exam grades.

New! Online Grade Transcript Service for US students

US students who take their exams in the US can use our free, online Grade Transcript Service to send their Cambridge International AS & A Level exam results to US colleges or universities. This service is for students that need to send their official Cambridge results to an educational institution so they can make credit by exam, placement or other decisions that depend on Cambridge exam grades.

To send grade transcripts online, students will need:

  • Student’s name, date of birth, and email address
  • A picture of student’s valid ID (e.g., passport, birth certificate, state-issued driver’s license, permit, or official ID)
  • Exam series, center name or number, and candidate number (optional)
  • Institution(s) where they wish to send grades

There is no fee to send Cambridge exam grades with the online Grade Transcript Service.

Please make sure your students and/or their parents are aware of the following when they use the transcript service:

  • Grade transcripts will include the student’s name, date of birth, email address, and all passing grades on AS & A Level exams from the selected exam series.
  • We send requested transcripts within 28 working days of receiving the form. We send the transcripts by digital upload or mail depending on the delivery method accepted by the institution.
  • Students should consult with colleges and universities to determine when to submit grade transcript requests.

Help with grade transcript requests

Students who need assistance or are unable to complete the online grade transcript form should contact customer service by email at info@cambridgeinternational.org or by phone at 917-810-2660 (toll free, open 24 hours from Saturday 8 pm to Friday 7:59 am, Eastern Time).
