When booking a conference, it is the responsibility of the delegates attending the conference to arrange and pay for their own travel and accommodation. All travel to and from the conference venue is the sole responsibility of participants. Cambridge Assessment International Education shall not be liable for any loss, including travel and accommodation costs suffered by or on behalf of any person who wished to attend the conference should we cancel them for any reason whatsoever. Neither Cambridge Assessment International Education nor its directors, officers or agents are responsible or liable for the safety and property of participants or their companions during the conference or any related excursions. Participants are advised to seek information on potential health and security risks incurred by themselves or their companions at the conference and to secure adequate insurance coverage.
Payment is by credit or debit card at time of booking. Some banks or card providers may apply additional transaction fees when opting to pay via credit or debit card. We suggest you check with your individual bank or card provider if additional charges will be applied before booking.
If you are registering from a Cambridge school, you have the option of selecting payment by invoice. Invoices must be approved by your Cambridge school or Cambridge Associate and will be issued within 1 month of the final conference day.
Cambridge reserves the right to refuse entry to the Conference for any delegates who have not been authorised by their Cambridge Coordinator or relevant Cambridge Associate, prior to the event.
You may cancel your place up to 14 days before the conference start date and a full refund will be given. All cancellations received within 14 days of the conference start date will be non-refundable.

Should a participant withdraw from a conference less than 14 calendar days before the conference start date, Cambridge reserves the right to charge the full conference fee to the registered Cambridge Centre.
We advise you not to make travel or accommodation arrangements before you received confirmation of your conference booking. We are unable to refund travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred if you are not successful in booking your place on the conference.
