Accommodation and travel

Accommodation

We recommend delegates book accommodation at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, where the conference is taking place.

We have arranged a special rate for our conference delegates from Thursday 22 June to Saturday 24 June. Please book directly through the resort as Cambridge International cannot take responsibility for booking delegate accommodation.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. A one night's stay plus tax will be taken as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Travel

Cambridge International will continuously monitor the Covid-19 situation and provide the necessary updates. The conference will be organised in accordance to the US’ event management recommendation and guidelines. Your safety is our top priority and concern.

Please ensure you check local government guidelines before travelling, you can check the US’ Covid 19 travel policy here.


Visa requirement

You may require a visa, entry clearance certificate or other official documentation to enter Orlando, US to attend this conference. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the correct documents. If you have any questions about this, we recommend that you contact your local embassy for more information.

Cambridge Assessment International Education cannot arrange visas or other travel documents for you, or advice on the requirements for entry to Orlando, US.

If you require a visa letter, please complete the form below. Cambridge Assessment International Education is not responsible for any loss you may suffer if your visa is not granted. If you have any enquiries about filling out the form, please contact events@cambridgeinternational.org

Please complete and send your form by 25 May 2023 to allow time for processing. Please allow seven days from submitting your details to receive your visa invitation letter. You must have a place booked at the Cambridge Schools Conference before we are able to issue you with a visa request letter.

Walt Disney World Resort, Florida 

As a meeting/convention attendee, you have access to special Theme Park tickets and advance purchase savings with an added bonus on multi-day tickets. Theme Park Tickets are valid up to seven days before, during and seven days after your meeting dates. You can book online at: https://www.mydisneygroup.com/csc2023.

Universal Studios 

You may wish to visit Universal Studios when you are in Orlando. There are lots of different things there to do and see, including their varied theme parks. Tickets must be used to gain entry and are available online from: https://www.universalorlando.com/web/en/gb 

SeaWorld

SeaWorld has animal experiences accompanied by rides and attractions. Tickets must be used to gain entry and are available online from: https://seaworld.com/orlando/tickets/
