As school leaders, we strive to foster a culture of reflection and continuous improvement in our schools. We want to encourage our teachers to commit to developing their skills, so that they can have an ever greater impact on student learning.
In this two-day workshop, we will explore how to embed a culture of coaching and mentoring into the life of a school. We will introduce some of the main models, explore the benefits of a coaching and mentoring approach, and look at pitfalls to avoid. There will be opportunity for discussion and reflection on practice, and a key outcome will be an individualised action plan to take back to your school.
