This brightly illustrated course offers a comprehensive and integrated introduction to all the topics covered in the curriculum framework.
The Coursebook features worked examples to show students how to tackle different problems, and plenty of exercise questions are provided to help students consolidate their knowledge. The Practice Book contains further exercise questions for practice in the classroom or at home.
The accompanying Teacher's Resource CD-ROM offers advice on how to introduce concepts in the class, and gives ideas for activities to help engage students with the subject matter. Answers to all questions in the Coursebook and Practice Book are also included.
Skills Builder and Challenge workbooks support each stage. The Skills Builder workbooks provide tailored exercises to help reinforce key skills and build learners’ confidence. Challenge workbooks provide further materials for learners to develop deeper knowledge of mathematics.
Print/Online bundle editions now provide a one-year subscription to Cambridge Online Mathematics. This complements the print coursebooks with further explanations, interactive worked examples, worksheets and quizzes. Cambridge Online Mathematics also allows teachers to set classroom and homework exercises to individual students or entire classes, with the ability to track student progress.
