Burcu Benderli joined us in June as our new Schools Development Manager for Europe. She is based in our Cambridge office with Regional Director Martin Nuttall, Senior Schools Development Manager Nick Mazur, and Schools Development Manager Alessandra Varriale.
Burcu will be working to build relationships with schools, key educational institutions and government authorities in a number of countries in our Europe region, including Turkey, as well as strengthening ties with our long-term partners in the region.
Burcu has a strong background in English language teaching and linguistics, and has spent the past eight years working for Education First (EF) International Language Schools in Cambridge in various positions, including as a teacher, teacher trainer and academic manager. During this time, she has helped recruit, induct, support and develop English teachers, has dealt with student queries, and has also been involved in promoting new EF initiatives to schools. Burcu’s dual British/Turkish nationality will be a great asset as she works with our schools in Turkey over the coming months and years, and she is also looking forward to working with schools in other countries in the region.
You can contact Burcu at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Europe team. For all other enquiries, you can contact our Customer Services team either by email at email@example.com or by phone on +44 1223 553 554.
