Which languages are spoken in the classroom? What are your hopes for the future? The answers will provide us with unique insights about learning and teaching around the world and help us to develop the first-ever Global Education Census Report — due out in September 2018.

Corinth Public Schools in Mississippi, USA, has been operating as a state “Innovation” zone for the last year. Corinth’s innovation was its partnership with the National Center on Education and the Economy and Cambridge International Examinations. Parkside Middle School in Prince William County School District, Virginia, USA became a Cambridge International School in 2013. After years of successful Cambridge implementation, Parkside has taken the next step in its Cambridge evolution by becoming a Cambridge Professional Development Centre, our first centre of this kind in the USA.

More than 100 students and teachers came together at an event in Phoenix, Arizona on 10 February 2016 to celebrate five years of the ‘Move On When Ready’ programme. This high school initiative, which incorporates Cambridge IGCSE, is having great success in preparing students for college-level study.
