If you have a small number of entries (50 or fewer), or syllabuses with a small number of entries, we recommend you enter grades online. Select a grade for each candidate. As you start assigning grades to candidates, there is a record at the top of the page showing the number of each grade you have assigned.
If you want to see all the candidates you have assigned a certain grade, click on the grade in the list at the top of the page. The progress counter on the top left-hand side shows the number of candidates for which you have assigned a grade, and the total number of candidates for that syllabus. If you do not have enough evidence to provide a school-assessed grade for a candidate, put an ‘X’ in the grade column. We will then withdraw the candidate.
Then click ‘Check for errors’.
If you need to change a grade before you submit, click on the new grade. The old grade will be removed, and the new grade will be added.
The system will auto-save as you progress. Multiple users can make changes to the same syllabus at the same time, so communicate with colleagues to make sure you don't overwrite or delete each other's work.
If you want to print the screen, you can do this using the setting in your browser.
