If you have a large number of entries, or are concerned about your internet connection, you can also choose to enter grades offline. When you click on each syllabus, there is the option to download a prepopulated template which includes names and candidate numbers.
Using the template, you can rearrange the order of the candidates. However, you cannot edit, add or delete candidates from the file. If you do, you will get an error message when you upload the file to the system and your amendments will not be processed. To withdraw a candidate from a syllabus, put an X in the grade column. If you notice any spelling errors in candidate names, for example issues with special characters, contact us. Do not edit the text in the template yourself. For Cambridge International AS Level qualifications, you must enter the grades as lower case, apart from U and X which should be in capitals.
Once you have added the grades, re-load the template to the Grade Submission System.
