The Grade Submission System is open from 18 May to 16 June 2021. You and staff in your centre can log in using the accounts you set up. You must use this new system to submit grades and not Cambridge International Direct.
When you log in you will see a list of the qualifications and syllabuses for which you have entries. Select the ‘qualifications type’ (e.g. Cambridge IGCSE) at the top of the page to see the list of syllabuses for which you have entries.
Find the qualification and syllabus for which you want to enter school-assessed grades, and click ‘edit’. Look for the green button to the right of the syllabus title. You can use the search box to find a specific syllabus by entering the syllabus name or syllabus code. The search box has a 'smart search' function so it will give you suggestions as you type.
Here there is a list of all the candidates who are entered for that syllabus, along with their candidate numbers.

You can change how you submit your grades at any point during the process. For example, if you start adding grades online and decide you then want to continue offline, the grades you have added so far will be automatically added to the CSV template. You can then download the template and continue adding the grades offline.
