We release results through Cambridge International Direct (Direct). If you are a UK centre and you usually receive your results information through MIS/A2C, this also applies for revised grades. Results day can be very busy so it helps if you prepare in advance:
To access your results from Direct, download the relevant instructions:
Accessing your results - information for UK and International centres (PDF, 945KB)
Accessing your results - information for Cambridge Associates (PDF, 908KB)
If you need to make any amendments to statements of results, complete and return Replacement Statement of Results / Certificate Application - Results and Certificates - Form 12 (PDF, 381KB).
We offer a service that allows candidates to access their results online. You can control which of your candidates get access to this site via Direct. To find out more watch our video or download the relevant guidance notes:
Administering the candidate results service - information for UK and International centre (PDF, 551KB)
Administering the candidate results service - information for Cambridge Associates (PDF, 1MB)

You need to be aware of the grading system for group awards so you can answer queries from your candidates when they see their statements of results. See the relevant sections of the Cambridge Guide to Making Entries for more information on:
The Cambridge Guide to Making Entries is available to download from the 'Support Materials' section of Direct.
Predicted grades and rank orders are considered the personal data of candidates. In many countries, data protection laws mean that candidates have a right to know this information after results day.
For more guidance, see our detailed information on Sharing predicted grades and rank orders with candidates.
Post-results checks are no longer applicable following our announcement on 17 August. If you have one submitted, you will not be charged or receive an outcome for it. You don’t need to withdraw it from Direct. If you have completed a post-results check, you will also not be charged. The appeals available to schools for the June 2020 series grades issued on 21 August are different from those available in a normal series. The deadline for appeals has now passed.
