Lee Davis

Director, Teaching & Learning

Lee Davis

Lee Davis was appointed Director for Teaching & Learning at Cambridge Assessment International Education in February 2020. He leads the teams responsible for teacher and school leader development, curriculum support, digital innovation and development, as well as school improvement initiatives more broadly.

Lee joined Cambridge International in 2014, most recently holding the role of Deputy Director for Education. Previously he worked for The Aga Khan Academies – an agency within the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) – where he held the position of Director of Academic Planning and led the design, development and eventual opening of the network’s third operating Academy in Maputo, Mozambique. Before this, Lee was Head of Online Professional Learning at the International Baccalaureate Organisation and has held other senior leadership positions in schools in Argentina and Sri Lanka.

Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Bath and a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge. He is currently carrying out further postgraduate research at the University, in the field of school evaluation, school effectiveness and school improvement.
