A Cambridge Assessment International Education Conference
Date: 7 December 2017
Location: Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel, Dubai
Cambridge Assessment International Education has provided education services internationally for over 150 years. Today, working in over 160 countries, we deliver a range of services including internationally recognised qualifications, the accreditation of existing national qualifications, and work in partnership with governments and national organisations to design and implement changes to education systems that improve outcomes. Working in different contexts and cultures allows us to gain expertise in developing solutions that are focused on 21st century curricula fit for a globally interconnected world and tailored to the needs of the countries where we work.
Cambridge International is hosting two parallel events in Dubai on Thursday, Friday and Saturday December 7, 8 and 9. The first, for ministers and senior policy advisors, will take place on Thursday 7th December. The second, aimed at Cambridge school representatives, will be on Friday and Saturday 8th – 9th December.
The first event is designed to support senior policy advisors and decision makers from ministries and education organisations who are actively working to improve education outcomes in their country. It is an opportunity for Ministers and education experts to come together to explore key themes which impact policy decision and education outcomes. These include using data to drive improvement, considerations for transforming high-level policy objectives into sustainable improvement in education outcomes, and the importance of coherence within education systems.
