Teaching and learning
2-3 May 2017
The final Cambridge Schools Conference on the theme ‘Leading Learning’ was held at the Lee Shau Kee Lecture Centre, The University of Hong Kong on 2-3 May 2017. Delegates were encouraged to explore and discuss the conference theme, a topic which is fundamental to the work of all educators. 50 per cent of the delegates who attended were from the East Asia region, taking the opportunity to meet with delegates from other countries around the world.
Delegates heard keynote speeches from Professor Yin Cheong CHENG (EdD, Harvard), Research Chair Professor of Leadership and Change of the Department of Policy and Leadership, the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). Nicola Morgan, multi-award-winning author and Dr Mark Winterbottom, senior lecturer at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge. We were also pleased to welcome David Mansfield as our final keynote speaker. David has been a long-tern collaborator with Cambridge Assessment International Education supporting Cambridge schools to improve their delivery.
