Andrew Coombe joined Cambridge International as Deputy Director Marketing, Communications and Customers in July 2017.
Andrew has a strong background in international business development, marketing and customer service operations. He has over 25 years’ experience of leading strategy, sales and marketing teams principally in the global markets of automotive manufacturers and in education.
Before joining Cambridge International, Andrew worked for Cambridge Assessment English and has previously worked for Volkswagen and Ford. He started his career in corporate finance at UBS. His previous roles include Regional Director for North and Central America for Volkswagen and Marketing Director for Ford in Switzerland.
Andrew has an MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. As well as the UK, Andrew has lived and worked in France, Switzerland and Germany. He speaks French, German and Spanish.
